Terms & Conditions:
All Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card
Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, Master card, AMEX
1 night deposit will be processed 7 days prior to arrival date

Cancellation / Non-show / Early Departure:

1. Cancellation prior to 7 days before arrival is free of charge
2. Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before arrival shall be charged 1 night stay
3. Cancellation within 2 days before the date of arrival or in case of non-show shall be charged 50% of the total amount with a minimum of a 1-night charge
4. In case of an early departure, 50% of the total amount of the remaining stay shall be charged.

Special periods & Events

During special periods and events (such as Christmas, Easter, special cultural and sport events as well as international exhibitions/conferences) the following terms apply:

1. 1 night deposit will be processed 21 days prior to arrival date
2. Cancellation prior to 21 days before arrival is free of charge
3. Cancellation within 21 days before the date of arrival or non-show shall be charged 50% of the total amount with a minimum of a 1-night charge
4. In case of an early departure, 50% of the total amount of the remaining stay shall be charged.
